2020 AdFellows Fellowship Program for Marketing & Advertising
The adFellows program is your chance to start a career in marketing! During this immersive eight month fellowship, you will have the chance to experience marketing from both the client and agency side while touching four distinct areas of the integrated marketing function. Throughout all of it, you will be front and center with hands-on activities that give you the opportunity to contribute your skillset and knowledge to begin a successful career in the brand marketing industry. These roles will primarily be based in NYC/NJ with the possibility of rotations in Miami (relocation assistance is provided, if eligible).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain an understanding of real-world marketing fundamentals and knowledge of daily business operations on agency and client sides of the marketing industry
- Use your skills across high-visibility marketing related projects, meeting and presentations
- Attend learning programs and training sessions led by industry experts
- Participate in networking activities with other fellows, industry professionals, and business leaders
- Manage projects independently in a challenging environment
Qualifications & Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally, you'll also have:
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- A demonstrated interest in marketing
- Demonstrated leadership roles/experience
- Experience in community service
- Strong communication skills
- Previous internship or work experience
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
